Summit Labs, Inc. (“Summit,” “we,” “us”) operates Summit and the Summit conversion-rate-optimization service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Summit, you agree to this policy.

• Information you provide. The website URL you submit for an audit, your email address (when you request a report or create an account), and account details you give us.
• Collected automatically. Standard log and device data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) and cookies used for sign-in and preferences.
• From the Summit script. For customers who install Summit on their site, we collect aggregated visitor-interaction signals used to run and evaluate A/B tests. Summit is designed to optimize pages without collecting your visitors’ personal information.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• provide and operate the service — run audits, deliver reports, and run experiments;
• authenticate accounts and keep them secure;
• communicate with you about your account, reports, and product updates;
• improve our features, models, and reliability;

Summit is operated from India, and your information may be processed in India and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
