Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Summit Labs, Inc. (“Summit,” “we,” “us”). By accessing Summit or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Summit.

The service

Summit is an autonomous conversion-rate-optimization agent: it audits your pages, designs variants, runs A/B tests, and rolls out winners — with every change gated behind your approval. Features and plans may change as we improve the product.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Sites you submit

When you submit a URL for an audit or install the Summit script, you represent that you own the site or are authorized to test and modify it. Do not submit sites you do not control. You grant Summit permission to fetch, analyze, and — where you install the script and approve changes — modify the rendering of those pages on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Summit for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
• run Summit against sites you are not authorized to test or change;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service;
• resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

Plans, trials & billing

Summit offers a Free plan with usage limits. The Pro plan is $20 per month or $200 per year. Pro begins with a 14-day free trial that requires a payment method and continues at the plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of your content. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Summit and its software, brand, and content are owned by Summit Labs, Inc.. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Conversion optimization is inherently uncertain: Summit does not guarantee any particular lift, result, ranking, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Summit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for Summit or others.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for any dispute arising out of or relating to them. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes we will update the date above, and your continued use of Summit means you accept the revised Terms.
